Causes of fatigue
The natural fatigue of the body occurs, for example, during intensive work or lack of sleep. However, fatigue caused by anxiety and anxiety, as a rule, is not associated with physical activity or lack of sleep. Such fatigue exhausts and depletes the body much more, because the body’s strength does not recover even after a long break in work or sleep. If a person has symptoms of anxiety and anxiety, it is necessary to find out their underlying cause in order to overcome this condition.
Anxiety causes your body to be in constant “alert state,” as it were. The feeling of anxiety stimulates the adrenal glands to release a large amount of adrenaline, which requires the implementation of a “hit or run” reaction. But since nothing of the kind happens to a person, the concentration of adrenaline, which has never found a solution, is rapidly falling, and he begins to feel physical and mental fatigue.
Anxiety causes deep muscle tension throughout the day. Moreover, a person may not even notice this tension. Without exception, all the muscles of such a person are constantly in a state of deeply masked tension and, not getting the rest muscles necessary for each group, they exhaust the body, leading to a feeling of a feeling of chronic fatigue.
Mental fatigue is much like physical fatigue. Only in this case, not in the muscles, but in the brain and the entire nervous system, are in constant deep tension. Anxiety provokes an endless series of fast-moving but fruitless thoughts. They load the brain with heavy, meaningless work and quickly bring it to the point after which it needs rest, which it never gets.
Constant fatigue and anxiety can contribute to the development of a number of not the most useful habits. For example, some people, believing that daytime sleep will certainly alleviate their condition, begin to sleep in the workplace, and sometimes go home to sleep. As a result, the body begins to demand more and more daytime sleep every day, but this does not solve the problem.
At the same time, along with daytime sleepiness, a person suffering from anxiety and anxiety has the most serious sleep problems at night, when it is more natural. A person cannot fall asleep in the evening, often wakes up at night, and sometimes does not sleep at all. All this exacerbates the problem of fatigue and anxiety.
One of the most serious complications of fatigue from constant anxiety is the development of anxiety and depressive disorders. This leads to almost complete loss of working capacity and it becomes more and more difficult for a person to find energy sources for the most simple operations every day.
All these factors lead a person to a condition similar to deep stress, but at the same time, hormonal changes may not even occur in his body, as is the case with true stress.
What can be done to overcome fatigue caused by constant anxiety?
First of all, no matter how trite it sounds, fatigue is much easier to prevent than to stop. It is necessary to eliminate, at least partially, the cause of fatigue, in this case anxiety. You need to start by analyzing your own anxieties and realizing that most of them are imaginary and not a real threat. In a state of anxiety, the body spends too much energy to overcome it, which leads to the rapid depletion of its reserves and fatigue.
If a person cannot exclude one or another source of anxiety from his life, he must change his attitude towards him. It is also necessary to get rid of negative thoughts and attitudes. Otherwise, no relaxation methods will help - the body will still feel tired.
The same can be said about well-known physical exercises, walks, outdoor activities, as well as stimulants - starting with coffee and ending with medicines. Until a person learns to control his anxieties and reduce the intensity of anxiety, all this will not give a tangible result.

The challenges of modern healthcare
My path to the professional career of a doctor was difficult and thorny, and a very curious thing happened in my life on this path. By the time of formal completion of studies, I assumed: if a disease has a certain treatment procedure, then they told me about it at the medical faculty. Of course, I was aware that every doctor should engage in continuous self-education and keep abreast of the latest news in the professional field. At the same time, I was convinced that if someone talks about their abilities to effectively cope with an "incurable" disease, then this person is a charlatan.
As it turned out, I was mistaken about the latter.
For nearly 35 years, studying scientific literature, I was amazed at the results of studies showing that natural remedies often work more effectively than drugs. In addition, they usually have fewer side effects and the price is much lower. In addition, I found that often natural remedies and drugs enhance each other's effect when taken together. In general, I realized that it is better to start the treatment process with natural remedies, leaving drugs for those cases when you really can not do without them. An unpleasant discovery for me was that the process of continuing medical education of most doctors is almost completely financed by pharmaceutical companies and suppliers of medical equipment and it can be defined as “a clever disguise of advertising for scientific and educational activities”. This means that during training, doctors receive only the information that is beneficial to pharmaceutical companies. As you understand, the most simple and natural methods of treatment do not belong to that.
Dr. Marcia Angell, the former editor of the reputable medical journal New England Journal of Medicine, very succinctly (and frighteningly) described the state of modern medicine: “Today, most published clinical trials cannot be trusted, rely on the opinions of respected doctors or reputable medical directories. It’s extremely unpleasant for me to admit this fact, which I came to over more than two decades of working as an editor in The New England Journal of Medicine. ”
I act as a defender of the interests of patients, and therefore my goal is to offer those products that were recognized as the most effective, safe and economical in the course of scientific and clinical research. The treatment approach that this book introduces you to is scientifically sound and validated by clinical research. Links to hundreds of medical studies supporting these words are available in my earlier books and articles (many of the references are not given in this book so as not to complicate its structure). Thanks to the approach described in the book, you can focus on getting rid of the primary source of the problem, and therefore on recovery, instead of drinking a cure for each symptom that appears.
So, for starters, let's discuss what chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia syndrome (CFS / SF) are and how they manifest. Although CFS / SFs are characterized by dozens of symptoms, many of them may indicate other conditions. Is there an easy way to distinguish CFS / SF from other causes of nervous exhaustion? Yes. If, among other things, you do not suffer from insomnia, it means that you most likely do not have CFS / SF and you can safely skip the next chapter. If you are faced with a paradoxical situation of serious sleep problems with severe fatigue, this may be a sign of CFS / SF, even if you have other diseases, such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
