2. Let us prepare seasoning. To do this, take a small but deep bowl. Pour olive oil into it and then pour all the necessary spices, such as basil, thyme and oregano.

We add garlic for smell only. Therefore, when baking, the cloves next to the pumpkin need to be laid whole. If you are a fan of very hot, then pass the garlic through a grater.

Now our task is to take a baking sheet, cover it with foil. On top we lay a sliced ​​pumpkin. Then pour the resulting seasoning mixture. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands. It is more convenient, of course, to smear each slice with a silicone brush.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic on top, or just lay the cloves on a sheet of pumpkin. Put the baking sheet in the oven. We will bake at 170-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

We put the prepared baking tray with pumpkin in the oven, preheating it to 150 degrees. We leave the dish to languish for 2-2.5 hours.

If at the end of time the pumpkin did not have time to cook. Just take it out of the foil, place two parts on a baking sheet, revealing them. And let the dish languish for another half hour.

It is preferable not to chop the prepared stuffed pumpkin, but to eat right that way. Just take a large spoon and in small portions we catch the filling and the finished pumpkin pulp.
